"I just have to write and thank you for the wonderful time that my parents and I spent at your hotel this past weekend. I had purchased a gift certificate from the Web Radio Savings Zone here in Vancouver (Uncle Sid) and decided to treat my parents to a weekend in Victoria. (My step-dad is 92 this year and my mom is 75) We were very courteously greeted by your front desk staff on Saturday afternoon. Although our room wasnt ready yet, as we were quite early, we went to the Gatsby for afternoon and had a delightful experience. The service there was fabulous and they very graciously allowed my step-dad to share with us as he has a very limited appetite. All the staff that served us from your establishment this entire weekend, from the maids to the waiters to the desk clerks were kindness personified!
I look forward to repeating my experience again in the near future. Thank you so much for making this opportunity available through the Web Radio Savings Zone.
